Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the websites operated by Search Rebel LLC, d/b/a Able Software (“Able,” “we,” “us”), including ablesoftware.io and related domains, and the Able Platform (including AI agents, integrations, and related services). By using our websites or the Able Platform, you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Able Platform is a B2B software product that operates AI agents which, with your authorization, connect to third-party services (such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Shopify, Asana, Notion, Klaviyo, and Canva) to perform tasks on your behalf. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data from these integrations.

Text Message (SMS) Program

Program description. If you enable login verification and register a mobile number, Able sends you one-time login verification codes and account-security notifications by text message (SMS). This is a transactional program tied to your account security; we do not send marketing text messages.

How you opt in. You opt in by adding and confirming your mobile phone number in your account settings. By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from Able at the number you provide for the purposes described above.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity—typically one message each time you sign in and request a verification code, plus occasional security notifications.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Able does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again. You can also remove your number or disable login verification in your account settings.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization to agreements in order to create an Able account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You may use this website and the Able Platform for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to:

• Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the service or the underlying infrastructure.
• Use the service to send spam, harass others, or violate applicable law.
• Use the service to infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the service beyond what is permitted by API agreements.

Third-Party Services

When you connect a third-party service (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) to the Able Platform, your use of that service remains governed by the third party’s own terms of service and privacy policy. Able is not responsible for the practices of third-party services. You may revoke Able’s access to any connected service at any time; see our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and the Able Platform—including text, graphics, logos, software, agent prompts, and playbooks—is owned by Able or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without written permission. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide or that our agents access on your behalf.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and the Able Platform are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing agent output before acting on it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Able is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the website or the Able Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid Able in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Able harmless from any claim, liability, damage, or expense arising out of your violation of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or as required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (payment obligations, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email and posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
